Be sure to let us know that the referral came from you. The property owner you refer should be someone looking for either tenant placement services—such as finding and screening tenants—or comprehensive property management services that cover all aspects of managing their rental property.

Once we receive the referral, our experienced team will connect with the property owner to evaluate their needs.
We will handle everything from marketing the property to screening potential tenants, and we will manage either the leasing process or provide ongoing property management services as needed.

You Get Paid
When a lease agreement is successfully signed and we have collected the first and last month’s rent, you will receive a commission equal to 15% of the leasing fee.
We make sure your payment is sent directly to you through your preferred method—whether that is via e-transfer, direct deposit, or a mailed check—so you can enjoy a seamless and timely payout.

Ideal Partners
For example, if a lease is valued at $3,000 and tenant placement is secured, your commission would be 15% of that amount, which comes to $450. This means you earn $450 without having to complete any paperwork or be involved in tenant screening or leasing tasks since our team handles all of that for you.

Terms & Conditions
Commissions shall be payable only following the execution of a lease agreement and the receipt of both the first and last month’s rent from the tenant. All referrals must be registered with the company prior to, or at the time of, the property owner’s initial contact with the company. Referral fees shall apply solely to new property owner clients who have not previously engaged with the company. Complete terms and conditions will be provided upon registration to ensure full transparency.
