Our experienced team expertly manages the entire leasing process to ensure a smooth experience for both, unit owners and property developers. From marketing the property and screening potential tenants to preparing lease paperwork and coordinating move-ins, we take care of every detail.

You Get Paid
When a lease agreement is successfully signed and we have collected the first and last month’s rent, condominium management professionals will receive a commission equal to 15% of the leasing fee. For property developers, we don't charge anything four our services. Instead, we merely keep the first month's rent, while you keep the rest.
We make sure all payments are sent or received through your preferred method—whether that is via e-transfer, direct deposit, or a mailed check—so you can enjoy a seamless and timely payout.

For example, if a lease is valued at $3,000 and tenant placement is secured, your commission would be 15% of that amount, which comes to $450. This means you earn $450 without having to complete any paperwork or be involved in tenant screening or leasing tasks since our team handles all of that for you.

Terms & Conditions
Commissions shall be payable only following the execution of a lease agreement and the receipt of both the first and last month’s rent from the tenant. All referrals must be registered with the company prior to, or at the time of, the property owner’s initial contact with the company. Referral fees shall apply solely to new property owner clients who have not previously engaged with the company. Complete terms and conditions will be provided upon registration to ensure full transparency.
