Rent Collection

To collect your rent, we offer two options:

First, we collect your tenant's rent on your behalf, so you don't have to. Subsequently, we release the money collected into your bank account.

Second, we can assist in setting up pre-authorized payments directly from your tenant's bank account to yours, streamlining the payment process. If you choose this option, all you need to do is inform us if your tenants fail to make timely payments, and we’ll take care of the rest!
